i'm an employee for the same employer for 20 years +
last 2 years I've being treated for unwelcomed employee from the manager I did complained for levels higher up and the problem still there on and off lately I've being told my hours will be cut and never happen for since I start working
what options do I have

If your employer makes a reduction in your hours of work, this likely amounts to a constructive dismissal. If this is the case, you would be entitled to termination pay pursuant to the common law based on your age, length of service, and position.
