The employee worked as Sales Rep from September 2013 to August 2015. She quit her job in August 2015. She was hired back as a Cashier by the employer in November 2015. Now the employer wants to send her a termination later as her work is not up to the expectation. Ho should the employer approach this matter?

You first have to determine whether and how much termination pay the employee is entitled to as a 4-month employee. This answer will depend on whether the employee signed an employment contract with a valid termination clause, and whether her work is so poor that you would be able to end her employment without any pay. I strongly suggest that, in the circumstances, you obtain legal advice from an experienced employment lawyer.
