am i entitle to severece pay if i get fire for not listen to my supervisor/taking extra minutes from my break and lunch
i have work in Linamar as a machine operator in Guelph for 23 yrs
i started my owned business 2yrs ago which is not that bad but i really need the extra money from my severen pay.

It is very difficult for an employer to allege a just cause dismissal such that they take the position you are not owed any severance.
