Hello there. I was recently fired from a job that I committed a fraudulent activity. I did rectify the issue and paid back what I took. There were no charges or anything. I was just fired. What kind of impact will this have finding a new job? It is obviously something that will never happen again. I was just going through something on life and made a poor judgement. Will future employers find out? How do I handle that when going through interview process. Thank you

If a potential employer asks you about this incident, you should be honest with them. It is up to the employer to decide whether or not the incident would impact their decision to hire you.
