Good morning, I was working for a company doing dispatch/logistics. Covid hit in 2020 and was permanently laid off. Because the company is a U.S company (General Motors) based in Cambridge, Ontario everyone was paid from a third party temp agency. I had the agency email me notifying that due to shortage of work that they they were unable to bring me back. I had siblings who did expedite freights for this company who notified me stating there was another gentleman who had replaced me shortly after I was layed off. Due to this being back in 2020-06-09 is there anything I could do about it?
