I just got handed a letter of employment termination "without cause".
I have been with this company for 3years. The letter states that I will get 2 extra weeks paid, plus mandatory vacation pay, plus $500. The employer wants this signed by July 5th, 2016. Is this right?
I used your online calculator, it said that my payout should be between 14K-21K, is this accurate?
