i was injured at work and was on wsib. This led to being harassed by member of management and a human rights complain. During which time I was admitted to the mental health department at the hospital . the case was heard in front a mediator. A settlement was made base on that I voluntary terminate my job. It was never mentioned about a severance package. I had worked for the company for 30 years. My question is am I still entitle to a severance package.
