I had an injury at work, went to emerge and was given 2weeks off. I came back one week before I was scheduled to return, it was lower back injury, I wouldn't stand or sit for a minute at a time. My doctor gave me a note for my employer do I can stay off work for two weeks. They sent the note to WSIB so I can get pay, my employer yield WSIB they offer me modify work and I refused, and I was told by WSIB I wasn't entitled for pay because I refused modified duties.i did not get pay by my employer and they prevent WSIB to pay meas well. Is this practice legal by my employer and WSIB? They did the same to another employee as well.

If an employee can legitimate return to work with a modified schedule then they are required to do so. However, if your doctor has stated that you could not do the modified schedule then you can appeal the WSIB decision.
