I am a personal support workers and we were short of staff and had 12 total care to get up in 45 minute for breakfast , during the day from 7-1 pm I have not taken a bread and I went on my break by the advise of the charge nurse , the resident clamed I abuse her by not changing her at 1pm at her request and also call her a liar which was not so , I am now at home on administration leave for 3 day moving forward.

Is the purpose of the administrative leave for the company to investigate the allegations? Are you being paid during the administrative leave? Given the nature of the work that you are involved in, a company is entitled to carry out an investigation concerning allegations of abuse.
