I asked them did I do something wrong, he said nothing wrong, just not fit the company culture. However, he wrote " dismissed" on my roe. the government calls me to confirm. I have the letter and it wrote down without causes. what should I do next?
Thank you for your question. You should make sure to review your termination letter and severance offer with one of our employment lawyers. It is likely that the company's offer is below what you are actually owed given the circumstances of your termination. Please use our Ontario Severance Pay Calculator (www.severancepaycalculator.com) to find out how much you may be owed, and give us a call at the number below to discuss your situation in more detail. We would be happy to help in any way we can.
