I am in sales and the owner raised some concerns regarding targets about 3-4 weeks ago but elected not to sign a performance review, only go thru the motions of it. No improvement plan was initiated or signed. Then I was terminated after 7 months due to organizational restructuring and given 3 weeks severance. However, I was lured to this company after 10+ years at my prior employer. Am I entitled to more severance?
