Hello,
I recently got let go from my sales role citing that the role has been removed. I was offered a severance package along with my lay off letter. In my role, the commissions for sales were paid not when the deal was signed but when it was fully delivered. I have 4 closed deals (Purchase Order signed and processed) but not delivered due to the nature of the shipment.
I was laid off 2 days prior to 3 deliveries that were my sales (closed deals). I reached out to the company to ensure I was paid my commissions for it but was denied. Am I eligible for the sales compensation I deserve?

You are absolutely entitled to those 3 sales as they would have closed within your statutory notice period. You are also entitled to a fair severance package based on your age, position, and length of service.
