I signed a resignation letter at a company, but they're still paying me and they haven't issued my ROE so I can't claim EI.

Am I obligated to repay the money? Can they come after me? What can I do about the missing ROE?

If the company is erroneously paying you then you may have to repay the monies later. I would address this with them directly and in writing.

As far as your Record of Employment, please note that you are not eligible for EI if you voluntarily resign from your employment.
