I was terminated from my job for supposedly hitting a parked vehicle in the parking lot but there is no proof of my vehicle only word of mouth but I had a witness with me and they no I didn't hit it they have a picture of the damages to the vehicle but no proof it was me and the employer say he's calling it a hit and run and the person to the vehicle doesn't even know according to the employer is this legal for him to terminate me over

If you are accused of something that you did not do, then the employer will not be able to prove that you did it. They would also have to prove that your alleged misconduct rose to the level of "just cause" in order to avoid paying you severance. This is extremely difficult to do.
