I've been terminated for no reason after working for 4 years and 3 months , I'm a sales floor supervisor at work they are offering me a termination pay for 5 weeks but I still think it's not fair they just hired new supervisors 2 in total and the position still posted on line last management meeting my store manager promised that they are not firing anyone just because they are hiring what can I do or my options ?

Apart from a few exceptional circumstances, employers are permitted to terminate employees at anytime. The only issue is whether they have provided a sufficient severance package. Various factors go into this assessment including the employees age, tenure, position, and salary.
