I was terminated without cause and no notice. I was told I would receive 2 weeks pay in lieu of notice. My employment agreement has a clause stating I am only to be paid this, and not anything else, including common law entitlements.I have worked for them for 2 years and 3 months and am 61 years old

You may be entitled to more than 2 weeks of pay if the termination clause in your contract is unenforceable. You can contact us at 1-855-821-5900 so that we can better assess your termination entitlements and evaluate the enforceability of the termination clause.
