My wife is a self employed Dental Hygienist who has recently been exposed to a toxic or poisoned work environment as the Dentist she has worked for is going to retire and is transitioning the practice to a new dentist who has made the environment toxic. As a self employed person does she have any legal rights (no lunch time scheduled, no time to go to the bathroom)
