I`m work for the company 25 years and now I`m on retayment how I can find out if employer should he haweto pay me dismissal or not ( if I work I pay fed.tax , prow.tax and Ei)

If you have worked for a company for 25 years, you would be entitled to notice and possibly severance pay if you were terminated without cause.

However, if you are intending on retiring, then that would impact your entitlement to termination pay (because you would be leaving voluntarily).
