I worked for 2 weeks and now employers tell me that I don't have to come next week because I was on probation period (I didn't sign any contract!)They took my SIN and Work permit. Should I sign any contract for a probation period, because my employer said that we don't have to have any contract and that it is my mistake that i don't know what does it mean "probation period"? I've got a check for those 2 weeks, so when i asked them to give me a contract they said that they don't do it. Officially they have not fired me yet but they will do it next week ( all problems started after i had an epilepsy episode at work time and they were worried and for the next two days were talked about and after these 2 days all this started. I will appreciate any information. Thank you
