working for pharmacy as a clerk for 13 years. Job reorganized a month ago with new hours from 10:00 a.m. to 4 p.m. five days a week. Working in office instead of on floor. Store supervisor arranged this and I started new position 2 weeks ago. It also included benefits. One of owners was in store on Friday and at end of day I was called into store supervisor's office and told that the owner had cut my new job to ONE day a week. What recourse do I have?

Thank you for the question. It is extremely important that you contact us at the number below as soon as possible. You may have the ability to refuse the work reduction and seek severance if the company does not reinstate your 5-day work week. However, before you make any decisions, we will need to discuss this matter in more detail with you.
