I have been working in the same place for about 5 years lately it has been so slow that I'm getting like 20 hours a week which is not good. I'm forced to have to quit because of that situation and the fact that I don't want to quit because I truly love my job. Is there any severance that I should get? I'm not sure how this all works. Usually I work 40 to 60 hours a week

If you have been a full-time employee for years and they are now reducing you to part-time, this is considered a constructive dismissal and you are entitled to a severance package. Please contact us at the number below for a consultation with a lawyer to discuss your situation and options moving forward.
