Although this past January I became very depressed & had major panic attacks and anxiety. I went to see 3 doctors and under there care I have been off work for about 12 weeks. My doctor has said I can try to go back to work now but only 1/2 days for a couple of weeks and full time afterwords. My employer has said I cannot go back 1/2 days even though my doctor has recommended it. Also they have changed my location of work to another city.
