I was recently terminated and one of the reasons given were my “health issues.” I have a permanent disability in which they are referring too. I’m also a 1099 worker, but after a lot of reading it’s seeming that we were misclassified. If I hire an attorney to prove that we were misclassified could I then look into wrongful termination?
