Employee tested positive - did the isolation as per Peel Public Health - now wants to come back - new test still says positive - am i legally bound to bring them back - what does that say about my other staff

Good afternoon Trevor,

You have a positive obligation to provide a safe working environment for your employees. That means that if you have an employee who is COVID-19 positive, you cannot allow him to return to the work place until you have confirmed he no longer has COVID-19.

Thank you,
