Worked in a non unionized warehouse for a year and a half. Was dismissed without cause. There is absolutely no reason why I would be dismissed based on productivity, efficiency, good work, and attendance. They are only giving me two weeks and completed to one month if I don't sue them. Is that allowed? Shouldn't I receive more based on my performance and no cause for dismissal?
