I am a server at a bar in Toronto. Ive been there nearly 2 year, and I was just fired for auto grading 18% on tables, using a manager card. I told them that I was always supervised when doing this, or the manager had done it for me. I was fired by the regional GM, and HR was not present. Also the managers had no idea that I was being fired. Surely this should have been a discussion with the managers. and they would have also said yes but he was under supervision when auto grading or we knew he was.
