Can he sue me after 15 months of working for someone else or just basic question is can I be sued?My previous employer submitted a ROE to Service Canada in February 2018 without my knowledge at the time. The dates coincide with a sexual harassment investigation in the workplace. My guess is that they indyebded to dismiss me yet did not as that would qualify as retaliation. I continued as an employee until June 29, 2018. I discovered the ROE had been issued and submitted to Service Canada on July 3, 2018. What legal action can I take? Also, how can I report employer fraud to Service Canada?Hello, I recently got let go from my sales role citing that the role has been removed. I was offered a severance package along with my lay off letter. In my role, the commissions for sales were paid not when the deal was signed but when it was fully delivered. I have 4 closed deals (Purchase Order signed and processed) but not delivered due to the nature of the shipment. I was laid off 2 days prior to 3 deliveries that were my sales (closed deals). I reached out to the company to ensure I was paid my commissions for it but was denied. Am I eligible for the sales compensation I deserve? Thank You, Utsab DasMy wife works in a sales position but has been over the past few years working to fill in for managers when they are away on holidays. She would get paid a $350 bonus for the week if she was covering for a manager. This week her employer said they were now only going to pay her $250 per week. when she questioned them about it they say it is a bonus not a salary so they can change it at any time that doesn't seem right.
